On September 26, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order assessing a penalty of $14,500 against Everett Recycling, LLC for violations of the Clean Water Act. Respondents, which operate an automobile wrecking yard, discharged pollutants (Lead, Copper, Zinc, petroleum and other pollutants) to waters of the U.S. without a permit.
