The facility was inspected by EPA Contractors on March 11, 2013 and the Inspection Checklist was reviewed by EPA enforcement staff. The contractor noted there was a failure to provide an overfill prevention device, maintain records of corrosion protection, maintain release detection records and failure to have annual tightness tests. EPA issued a Field Citation from the desk.
