Seeking reimbursement of response costs incurred or to be incurred for response actions taken at or in connection with the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at the Eagle Zinc Site in the City of Hillsboro, Montgomery County, Illinois. This Settlement provides Sherwin Williams a cash out CNS for $1.35 million. $1,215,000 will be placed in a special account to be used for remedy costs and $135,000 will placed in a state cost share account within the Superfund to be applied to the StateÂs 10% cost share.
