This is one of four complaints being issued to Cold Storage Solutions I, Inc. and its three sister companies for violations of the Clean Air Act General Duty Clause and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA). The Facility is a cold storage warehouse in Lakeville, Massachusetts and is located near stores, schools, and other businesses. This facility does not include an EPCRA violation.
