On December 5, 2013, Region 1 filed a consent agreement and final order (CAFO) settling claims for civil penalties against Bill Vizzo Contractors, LLC for failing to comply with lead-based paint renovation requirements during renovation work at a residence in Monroe, Connecticut in violation of TSCA, the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act, and the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule), 40 C.F.R. Part 745, Subpart E. Because Respondent is a micro-business under EPA�s �Pilot RRP Penalty Program for Micro-Businesses� (May 3, 2012), the settlement calls for the payment of a $2,200 penalty
