On December 23, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against The Fishing Company of Alaska, Inc. resolving violations of the Clean Water Act. Respondent, which operates the F/V Alaska Warrior, a floating seafood processing vessel, failed to conduct required monitoring(and keep records) of the treatment system and metals in the influent and effluent. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $44,473.
