BIP 40, LLC, or persons on its behalf, discharged unauthorized dredged and fill material to approximately 4.5 acres of wetlands adjacent to Camp Creek some time between July and October of 2012. Camp Creek is a tributary to the Little Muddy River, which is a tributary to the Missouri River. BIP 40, LLC, did not obtain a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers prior to performing the work.
