Unifirst violated Chapter ENV-A 600 of the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules in the New Hampshire SIP by failing to apply for and obtain NSR permits upon acquisitio of new washers and dryers at it Lebanon and Nashua facilities. In addition, Unifirst failed to apply for and obtain Title V operating permits, as required by 40 C.F. R. Part 70, for the Lebanon and Nashua facilities.
