On March 5, 2014 Region 10 finalized a Compliance Order with R Bajema Farm, Inc., (Respondent) for alleged violations of the CWA at its Lynden, Washington Facility (Facility). The Facility is an unpermitted Medium Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation(CAFO). Alleged CWA violations include discharges at the Facility during the 2013 spring CAFO inspection season. Respondent has entered into a compliance order to correct facility issues and prevent future discharges.
