EPA issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to commence and conclude an action against One Earth Energy, LLC (One Earth) for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act. The CAFO alleges that One Earth violated various requirements of a construction permit and a federally enforceable state operating permit. These violations included operating parameter deviations at a scrubber and thermal oxidizer, as well as, carbon monoxide emission limit exceedances at the thermal oxidizer.
