On 5/1/2013, Falcon Foundry voluntarily disclosed that they had failed to submit MSDSs and Tier II Forms for copper, sodium silicate, lead and sulfuric acid to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department for calendar years 2008 through 2012.
Facility failed to file a Form R for Copper for 2009 through 2011.
