On April 23, 2014, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against Idaho Milk Products, Inc. resolving violations of the Clean Water Act pretreatment regulation, 40 CFR 403. Respondent, which operates a milk product manufacturing facility, exceeded the pH limit on numerous occasions. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $170,000.
