On September 25, 2014, Region 10 issued a compliance order against Ardagh Glass, Inc. (formerly Saint-Gobain Containers, Inc.) resolving violations of the Clean Water Act. Respondent, which operates a glass container manufacturing facility, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. in violation of the Washington State NPDES Industrial Stormwater General Permit, including failures to sample an outfall. The company agreed to conduct sampling of the outfall.
