This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order action between U.S. EPA and Hebei Jehing Chemicals (respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act labeling requirements on imported pesticides. The Respondent corrected the labels and paid a penalty of $4,250.
