City of Aurora and Edge Contacting, Inc. discharged dredge and fill material without the autorization of a CWA Section 404 permit. Impacts to WOUS were the filling of 0.08 acrea of wetlands adjacent to Piney Creek. This work occurred at the Saddle Roack Golf Cource, at 21705 E. Arapahoe Road, Aurora Colorado. The City and Edge Contracting were odered to restore the impacted 0.08 acres of wetlands, conduct mittigation adjacent to Piney Creek and pay a penalty.
