On March 5, 2014, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drnking Water Act (SDWA) to Frankford Properties Ltd (Respondent) doing business as Southwest garden water system in Lubbock, TX. he AO ws issued in response to violations of the arsenic maximum contaminant level (MCL). The AO requires respondent to submit to EPA: 1) a detaailed plan tomeet the arsenic MCL; 2) a cost analysis of the proposed plan; and 3) a construction schedule. respondent must submit a plan to EPA Region 6 within 120 days of the issuance date of the Order.
