On April 10, 2014, EPA Region 6 issued a Administrative Order (AO) on Consent under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Pryme Energy, LLC. The AO was issued in response to violations of Section 112(r)(1) of the Clean Air Act. Pryme Energy consented to a review and update of its Standard Operating Procedures and will ensure that employees and contractors incorporate the revised SOPs into facility operations.
