EPA issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to Nestle USA, Inc., (Nestle) of Anderson, Indiana. The CAFO requires that Nestle pay a civil penalty of $69,398.70. The penalty resolves violations of the facility�s Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit alleged in a September 5, 2013 Notice of Violation.
