On April 15, 2014, an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order was fully executed in resolution of a case involving ETC Training Services Group' failure to comply with 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225 of TSCA when providing EPA accredited lead-based paint activities renovator courses.
