On April 23, 2014, Region 10 settled with Larry Boyer (d/b/a/ Larry Boyer Land and Cattle) for open burning prohibited materials within the boundary of the Nez Perce Reservation in violation of the Federal Air Rules for Indian Reservations under the federal CAA. The Respondent agreed to pay a $349 penalty.
