On April 30, 2014 Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against the AmeriGas Propane, LP facility for violations of CAA §112(r) risk management program requirements. The Region alleged that the AmeriGas Propane, LP facility failed to comply with several risk management program requirements that apply to its use of propane. The violations have been corrected. Under the terms of the agreement, the company paid a penalty of $12,960.
