On April 23, 2014, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement with Specialized Pavement Marking, Inc. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $2,000 for failure to comply with the inventory reporting requirements in EPCRA for an OSHA hazardous chemical at or above the threshold quantity.
