On April 30, 2014, EPA Region 10 settled with Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. (Syngenta) for violations of FIFRA. Through the Crop Production Services, Inc. facility in Tangent, Oregon, Syngenta sold and distributed misbranded pesticides in that product packaged into refillable containers were labeled with non-refillable container labeling. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $50,100.
