This is a Compliance Order to the Respondent for violations at their West Farms and Jackie Gleason Bus Depot facilities in the Bronx and Brooklyn, New York, respectively. The facilities operate Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines that have failed to meet the RICE NESHAPs MACT Subpart ZZZZ compliance deadline of October 19, 2013 for spark-ignition engines. This Order will put them on a compliance schedule to install the necessary controls.
