Respondent disclosed to EPA that they had violated the manifesting regulations for PCBs by not identifying one drum of waste from a cleanup as PCBs - other drums were properly manifested and disposed. The one drum of waste was ultimately properly disposed at a TSA facility. Respondent is updating procedures to prevent further violations. Respondent paid penalty of $4,260.
