On September 16, 2014, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against Jayo Construction, Inc. and Jayo Development, Inc. that resolves violations of the Clean Water Act. The Respondents own and constructed a residential development known as the Somerset Village Subdivision in Boise, Idaho. The Respondents incurred violations of its construction stormwater general permit resulting in sediment-laden stormwater discharges to the municipal stormwater system and eventually to the Boise River. The Respondents agreed to pay a penalty of $14,100.
