Cha;parral Energy, LLC, Respondednt owned and operated an oil field production facility known as the Little Chief located in Osage, County, Oklahoma. On March 10, 2014 an EPA inspecor observed that produced wastewater generated from oil and gas production activities, had been discharged to waters of the United States ; without a permit.
