On July 22, 2014, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to SectionSections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to S and P Truck Stop (Respondent) located in Bogalusa, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Ground Wate Rule (GWR). The AO requires Respondent S and P Truck Stop to comply with the Ground Water Rule. Respondent S and P Truck Stop must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty30 days of receipt of the AO.
