The AOC establishes a schedule for the Town of Deerfield to come into compliance with the electronic reporting requirements identified in its NPDES permit for the South Deerfield WWTP. Specifically, the facility must begin using NetDMR to report its discharge monitoring reports and other permit-related reports in accordance with the schedule identified in the AOC.
