The AOC establishes a schedule for the Charlemont Sewer District to come into compliance with the electronic reporting requirements identified in its NPDES permit for the Charlemont Sewer District WWTP. Specifically, the facility must begin using the NetDMR to report its discharge monitoring reports and other permit related reports in accordance with the schedule identified in the AOC.
