Respondent failed to provide EPA with notification of lead-based paint activities courses conducted within 7 business days prior to the start of the courses, a violation of 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225(a)(13)(i). EPA and Respondent entered into an Expedited Settlement Agreement - Respondent paid a civil penalty of $200 and certified that it is now complying with Section 402 of TSCA and its implementing regulations at 40 C.F.R. Part 745.
