This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and AllenCo Energy Inc ( AllenCo ) for alleged violations pursuant to the Clean Air Act (?CAA?) Section 113(a)(3) and the Clean Water Act (?CWA?) Sections 311(c) and (e). AllenCo operates a crude oil and natural gas production facility located at 814 W. 23rd St. in Los Angeles, California (?Facility?). Under this CAFO, AllenCo agrees to pay a $99,000 penalty to resolve the order.
