The Respondent sold and distributed a misbranded pesticide product Oxysan Acid Sanitizer on three occasions. The Respondent also failed to file Pesticide Reports for Pesticide Producing Establishments for reporting years 2009 and 2010. In order to comply, the Respondent amended the product label and filed the required forms.
