Barge Services Mile 237 LLC for violations of the requirements of RCRA, and is required to pay a penalty of $102,558.00 and establish compliance with the regulations. On May 17, 2016, a Joint Motion to Amend the consent Agreement and Final Order was issued to modify the language in the Order pertaining to the SEP.
