Region 1 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) resolving TSCA claims against John Fogg, Jr. Enterprises, LLC (Respondent) for violations of the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule, 40 C.F.R. Part 745, Subpart E, promulgated under TSCA. Respondent is a limited-liability corporation that maintains a small painting business in Connecticut. Pursuant to the CAFO, Respondent will pay a penalty of $1,000, based upon Respondent?s ability to pay. This settlement helps to further promote lead-safe work practices in Connecticut.
