This case addresses violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) by Peace Power Sports, Inc. doing business as LUXE USA ( Peace Power ),a Texas company that imports and sells motorcycles and recreational vehicles. During 2009 - 2012, Peace Power imported 467 uncertified highway motorcycles and all terrain vehicles.
As part of a default order, Peace Power was required to pay a $169,613 civil penalty to the US Treasury.
