A producer establishment inspection was conducted at this facility April 16, 2013. As part of the inspection copies of labels that were currently being applied to the repackaged products were requested for review. The Sodium Hypochlorite 10 pesticide label was outdated and did not contain label language required by 40 C.F.R. §§ 156.140 through 156.159 and was therefore misbranded.
