Respondent owns and operates the facility located at 3530 Route 52, Stormville, New York 12582. Stormwater discharges from the facility through two permitted outfalls, into a wetland that is a tributary of the Leetown Brook, a water of the United States. Respondent has coverage under a SPDES individual Permit, however, EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) at the facility and identified violations of their SWPPP. The Order requires Respondent to comply with the Permit and return to compliance.
