This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent is entered into voluntarily by the United States EPA and Mercury Marine. This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of the removal action at or in connection with the Cedar Creek Superfund Alternative Site generally located in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
