This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Honolulu Wood Treating, LLC (Respondent), of Kapolei, HI, for Respondent's violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $33,750 to settle the matter.
