On May 24, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 112(r)(7) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) to Motiva Enterprises, LLC located in Norco, LA. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of CAA 40 C.F.R. Part 68 Risk Management Program. The CAFO requires Motiva Enterprises, LLC to pay a civil penalty of $165,750 to EPA Region 6 within 30 days.
