This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Hanson Aggregates dba Berkeley Asphalt (Respondent) of Berkeley, California, for Respondent's violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations. Respondent certified that alleged violations have been corrected and paid a civil administrative penalty of $1650 to resolve the matter.
