This is Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Yamagin Tsusho Company Limited (Respondent) d/b/a Yamagin Corporation. Respondent is a corporation organized under the laws of Japan with an office at 13951 S. Main Street, Los Angeles, CA. Respondent is alleged to have violated the Clean Air Act requirements for motor vehicle engines. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $65,000 and certified to have taken complying actions required by the terms of this CAFO to resolve the matter.
