EPA investigated Thompson Aluminum Casting Company and found that the facility was not in compliance with the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Aluminum, Copper, and Other Non-Ferrous Foundries for Area Sources (Non-Ferrous Foundry NESHAP), at 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZZZ. This order requires compliance with the Non-Ferrous Foundry NESHAP, including submittal of an initial notification and a notification of compliance status to the Administrator.
