This facility was in violation of CT underground storage tank (UST) regulations for failing to perform annual line leak detection tests; not having a compliant release detection method; and failing to maintain financial responsibility for the UST systems. A compliance order was issued requiring the owner/operator to correct the violations in accordance with state regulations.
