This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Golden Gate Petroleum (Respondent) of San Jose, California, for Respondent's violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations. Respondent certified that alleged violations have been corrected and paid a civil administrative penalty of $2475 to settle the matter.
