Respondent failed to include sulfuric acid and lead on a timely submitted emergency and hazardous chemical inventory to the SERC for CY 2013. The Respondent failed to include sulfuric acid and lead on a timely submitted Tier form to the LEPC. The facility failed to include sulfuric acid and lead in a timely submittal to the local fire department. The facility failed to include sulfuric acid used at the waste water treatment plant in a Tier form for CY 2014. The Respondent failed to include sulfuric acid used at the water treatment plant to the LEPC for CY 2914. The Respondent failed to include sulfuric acid used at the waste water treatment facility on a timely Tier Form to the local Fire Department. The civil penalty agreed to was $37,212 for these EPCRA violations.
