On May 11, 2017, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Jacksons Store #22, located in Middleton, Idaho. Jacksons, which operates a gasoline retail store, had inadequate secondary containment and SPCC planning, inspection and training deficiencies. Respondent eliminated risk of gasoline releases to Willow Creek and the Boise River by removing two 10,000-gallon aboveground bulk tanks. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $2,075.
