This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between U.S. EPA and The SoCo Group, Inc (Respondent) of Carlsbad, Calif, for Respondent's alleged violation under the Clean Water Act as amended by the Oil Pollution Act. Respondent paid $59,387 in full settlement of the federal civil penalty claims set forth in this CAFO.
