Region 10 issued a Notice of Warning notifying Absorbent Products, located in Kamloops, BC Canada of FIFRA violations. The company was distributing and selling registered pesticides whose composition differed from its composition as described in the statement required in connection with its registration as under Section 3. The company ceased distributing the product and had to submit a registration amendment to change the composition of the product.
